Flowell is environmentally friendly, it is Non-Hazardous, Non Toxic and has no Flash Point. Flowell has a Hazmat reading of "00", It limits the use of vessel entry when cleaning out tanks and vessels, and is especially effective during the decommissioning phase of Oil and Gas platforms oil tankers or FPSO'S.
