We were started from zero

New

Geopatra was founded by Taat Purwanto and Muhammad Burhanuddin. Both are lecturer and researcher in Trisakti University, Indonesia that spend most of their career doing and dedicating to The Tri Dharma that include several key pillar to have well educated people and suistainable country.

The Tri Dharma are: (1). Educating and Teaching, (2). Scientific Research and Development, (3). Dedication to The People. As they are seeing the thruth of education in the world as white ivory tower that far from giving real benefit to the people of Indonesia, they are thinking to make a valuable breakthrough that can empower Indonesian people and Indonesian products to support national Oil and Gas Upstream Business rather than using expatriate from other country

For them, Geopatra is exist simply to help local student to get an opportunity to apply their knowledge meanwhile helping multinational companies to get employee and engage with them. These actions make Geopatra today The World's Local Partner.

As of December 31, 2017, the number of the Company employees are 113 workers. They are working on Pertamina Upstream Data Centre, Pertamina Algeria EP, Prabumulih Field, Pertamina Hulu Energi, Schlumberger Technical Support, and Pertamina Upstream Technology Centre.

The addition of workers within the Company are being adjusted to the needs of ongoing projects. So overall, the workers of the Company are dominated by time-project workers in accordance with the existence of the Company as a service company. The Company understands the importance of providing equal opportunities for woman to work within the workplace, although the labor of the field are still dominated by male labors.

    In a humble begining, Founders of Geopatra was doing research and consultancy with concern and coverage aspect on upstream oil and gas industry, especially in the exploration and production. The main concern during this time period is G&G studies.

    Exploration and Production activity in Indonesia is at the stage to apply broad new geological and geophysical tools, concept, and methodology. The Founders & Geopatra become the pioneer to support complex and integrated upstream studies.     Geopatra Bring New Innovation, we made geological model for E&P companies as the era of Geological Modeling arise with the development of competent software and computational power that can use to make 3D stochastic geological modeling.

    As Geopatra's Board of Director plan to accelerate company growth, Geopatra offers various new service to costumers and high end technical capabilities, including: - Technical support for various G&G data processing & interpretation, including geologist, petrophysicist, geophysicist, petroleum engineer, production engineer. - Technological support for workstation computer, server & softwares (including geomodeling, geophysical, simulation, and others). - Onsite Support for realtime monitoring and realtime supervising, succh as wellsite geologist, production engineer, well testing engineer, company man. - Geological, Geopyhical, Reservoir and ectonomic studies.

  • 2013-2014SENDING INDONESIAN TO INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYMENT WITH PERTAMINA & BECOME PARTNER FOR VARIOUS GLOBAL COMPANIES

    As largest oil and gas company in Indonesia, Pertamina is having the same goal as Geopatra, to maintain national energy security. During this period, we are winning many tender regarding support for Pertamina and its subsidiaries, including Pertamina Persero, Pertamina EP, Pertamina UTC, Pertamina Hulu Energi, Pertamina International EP, Pertamina Data Center, Pertamina Asset 2, Pertamina Asset 3. Geopatra also have secure several contract with international companies in Indonesia as the local partner to conduct business in Indonesia.
